Wonderful game

I bought a Wii for my son who is 6 a couple of months ago and have been enjoying it almost as much as he does. The only problem I've had at my house is the fact that my wife doesn't play anything but bowling. She's a mario fan and since there has been no Mario title out yet she's felt left out. I downloaded Mario 64 on the virtual console but she preferes side-scrollers. So, when this title came out we bought it the first day.
She's played it more than anyone and that is a testament to how fun this game is. I'll be the first to say it's been the best game I've played on the Wii so far.
I think Nintendo realized that with the great sales of Super Mario Bros. for the DS that it's hard to beat Mario on a platform sidescroller. Everything on the game looks beautiful and the gameplay doesn't require the need to get carpel tunnel by bending over backwards to make a special move. I would recomend this game to anyone.
