I am very happy with the product. Excellent quality. I was somewhat disappointed with the ordering and shipping process.
I received notification that although the item showed In Stock when ordering and paying, it was actually Out Of Stock. There would be a seven to ten day delay in shipping.
I decided I would cancel this order and find the items locally. I contacted the numbers listed on the notice and my original transaction. They answered quickly and very helpful! The gentleman stated the order had actually already shipped that day.
I recived the order at my front door in two more days. This misinformation caused me a few extra steps and a few minutes of my time but the Wii is working fine!!!!
