Wii Battery Kit - Colors May Vary This way you don't have to get another entire Nyko charger set. I'm not sure how long the rechargeable batteries last but i'm sure they eventually run out of juice. At $6.99 each you can't go wrong. I may even get some extras. Only bad thing is you cannot choose the color on the backing! I purchased one on 9/12/07 and rec'd a turquoise one.

Resident Evil 4 I've played through this game six times. Twice on Gamecube, twice on PS2, and now twice on the Wii.
I can honestly say I enjoyed it the most on the Wii, even after finishing it four times previously. The Wii controls let you aim much faster and with much more accuracy than in the previous versions of the game. I found this not to be making it easier, but to make the game faster paced, and thusly, keeps the blood pumping. Something the previous versions lacked to a certain degree.
The game itself is superb, sporting incredible graphics for its time and original release platform, and the story line and how it is presented are very cinematic. You feel more like you are participating in movie events, instead of a video game. Very cool feeling.
I highly recommend to anyone who has played this game once and wants to try it again, in a different way. Also, to those who have been tip toeing around the Resident Evil / Biohazard franchise for a while. Take this one for a look. You might find that you will become infected with the Resident Evil fever just like the rest of us.

Resident Evil 4 In my books RE4 is simply the best video game ever -- and it'll be hard to beat for future RE franchise titles. The storyline is gripping, the action packing, and the scenes absorbing. It's more than a shooter; it's a shooter plus adventure. I never got into Halo or Zelda or Mario; for me, RE4 is what video game consoles are made for.
I played the GC and PS2 version back in early 2006. After getting my Wii I decided to replay this great game. The adaptation for the Wii controler makes the game a little easier to play through than on the other cnosoles. The same visuals remain -- and like the PS2 version, you get progressive scan which makes some of the darker scenes easier to navigate. Unfortunately, no new content is added, but the price is not too bad, esp. if you buy it used.
This is just an awesome total experience game that every game lover should play. The wii version is worth at least a rental even for those who've already played it before on another console.

Super Paper Mario I got this game one day after I first bought my Wii and was honestly not so excited because I hadn't heard of any of the games... I bought this one and when i started playing I noticed it was an incredibly fun game. The game goes that theres some guy who wants to destroy the worlds using the Dark Prognosticus. Then comes good old Mario and it turns out that he's the hero spoken of in the Light Prognosticus that is the only one that can stop the Bleck guy. So you have to get the light hearts to help you defeat Bleck. It is not only fun and easy to play, but it challenges you without getting too frustrating. Remember...when in doubt, just flip...

Super Paper Mario Why this may seem like the average old school mario game that you used to play when you were a kid, don't be fooled. Not only do you get the side scrolling view, but you can also switch into 3D mode. A mode that is necessary to complete many of the games puzzles and also to find alot of the hidden goodies! The game is almost near perfect except for one small exception. WAY! TOO!! MUCH!!! READING!!!! The entire first half hour of the game is just reading! Which is why I say the game isn't for kids. They just simply won't want to do all the reading that comes along with the game play. Even I have trouble doing the reading because conversations can just be endless at times. Other than that though, the game is alot of fun to play. It includes some retro elements for us who like to feel nostalgic, like the power up with you're surrounded by little mini 8-bit marios who protect you from enemies. And when you jump, they do too, but they make the jumping sound that was in the original mario bros. games. And there is also a power up where you turn into a giant 8 bit mario, as well as a part of the game that is an exact replica taken from the original Mario bros game. You also get to play a variety of characters. Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Bowser. And sometimes it's necessary to switch to these characters to help you through the course. Now, I am one of the people who consider this an RPG. Just because you need to use items, buy things, the storyline, and of course, the reading! I've even played RPGs with less reading that what this game has. but the reading aside, this is a fun game and a kid can even play it. He or she may not understand the storyline, but how much of us REALLY cared about the story of the game when we were kids?

Mario Party 8 Nintendo has done a great job with the Wii. The only problem is that most of the games for it only allow one to two players at any given time, so Nintendo comes out with MARIO PARTY 8! this game is a 4 out of 5 stars in one player mode, but when you get three or four people playing, it ROCKS!!!! this is a SPECTACULAR game to play with your friends. It will entertain you and your guests for hours! The Wii remote is the key to this games great multiplayer action. you can enjoy different kinds of gameplay like 1 on 3, 2 on 2, or every man for himself. each type of gameplay has games that are unique it. Like one of the 1 on 3 games is, one person shoots snowballs at the other three, and another is the three trying to stop the one from making it it the top of a tower. So, in summery, THIS IS AN AWESOME GAME TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS!!!!!!!

Wii Wireless Sensor Bar So I had put this on my wishlist for my birthday and was happy to get it. It does indeed extend the range of the remotes. But our couch is 12' away from the TV (big TV) and was pushing the limit of even this sensor. But wait, it's not a sensor, is it? It's just a pair of LED emitters like the original. So I *stacked* them. They actually stack quite nicely, with the wired Nintendo emitter on bottom (so that the activation button on the Nyko is still on top). The result was amazing - what was jittery at 12' is now rock stable at 20'.
I like the timer function, and the on indicator. Not fond of the silver logo on front. But the product works great. If you have a Wii and a big screen, you want this product. Try it on it's own or stacked!

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess If you have a Nintendo Wii and don't have this game, than there is something wrong with you. So far this is probably the best game out for the Wii right now, the hype behind this game is real because this game is ingenius. First off is that this is actually a little more on the mature side, so people that are used to seeing Link like in Windwaker you most definetly won't find him here. Link is pretty much a man right now and it is for the better.
Zelda: Twilight Princess is one of those games that bring a groundbreaking experience like no other, this is probably better than its spiritual predecessor Ocarina of Time so this is arguebly the best Zelda ever created. As much as Ocarina of Time was THE first Zelda game to go 3-D, and that it was the first to do what it did, this Zelda is pretty much an upgrade in every possible way. The graphics, gameplay, music&sound, cinematics, pretty much everything is upgraded for the better. The game is a living, breathing world that is huge and diverse....you have grasslands, snow, underwater, even in the skies. You can mingle with people, buy and sell stuff, all sorts of things. This is a very long game it took me about 50 hours to beat (only because I decided to do extra sidequests), and even when your done with the story there are plenty of sidequests for you to do like collecting Golden Bugs or collecting Poe Souls.
The controls are the sellin point of Zelda, this is why people prefer the Wii version over the Gamecube version because of the things you can do with the Wii controller. The wii controller allows you to really have a feel to what your actually doing in the game, like for example swinging a sword now for a regular gamecube controller is just pressing a button repeatedly, but for the wii controller you actually have to swing the controller which really gets you in the game and never gets boring. The gameplay is great, whether your riding a horse, fishing for fishes or shooting at enemies with your bow it all just feels refreshing. The sound and music is epic and beautiful, you will hear familiar sounds when you recieve items and Links grunt never changes.
Now while this is a great game there is still little things that I have problem with. For one is the lack of voice acting in the game, you would they would do that sort of thing by now, although the cutscenes alone bring a certain depth that you can actually feel what is going on you still need some voice acting because reading is one thing I don't like to do in games especially in these times. (This is My Problem) I think that the game is extremely frustrating to get through by yourself without a walkthrough, I always find myself stuck somewhere almost in every f***in level it really makes me fell hella stupid sometimes that it's not even funny. But again they're just little things other than that this is a very good game.

Wii HD Link Component Cable I decided to give these cables a shot since they were half the price of the official Nintendo component cables, and audio/video cables are a product well-known for some companies (you listening, Monster?) seriously trying to rip off consumers. I found these cables to work wonderfully; despite some other opinions, I think they make a significant improvement in picture quality, well worth fifteen bucks if you have an HDTV to hook your Wii up to. When compared to the composite cables that come with the system, object edges are really sharpened up. You don't need to pay $30-$50 for quality component cables. Highly recommended!
